Master Privacy Policy & Data Processing Notice
This Privacy Policy details how Broadivo collects, processes, and safeguards operational telemetry, account credentials, and downstream destination authentication tokens in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy mandates.
01
Agreement to Terms & Scope of Service
By creating a master broadcast account, generating an RTMP/SRT stream key, or passing video telemetry through our edge relays, you (“Broadcaster”, “Licensee”, or “Customer”) enter into a legally binding contract with Broadivo Broadcast Technologies Inc. (“Broadivo”, “we”, “our”). If you represent an enterprise newsroom, esports league, media network, or corporation, you warrant that you possess statutory authority to bind that entity.
infoNotice of Illustrative Product Scope: Standard terms represent public self-service broadcast tiers. Custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs), enterprise sub-processor clauses, and air-gapped on-premise relays are governed under private Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
02
Broadivo as a Technical Intermediary
Broadivo operates purely as a passive, non-editorial cloud multiplexing infrastructure provider. Our edge clusters receive source video/audio signals via Secure Reliable Transport (SRT), Real-Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP), or WebRTC, execute adaptive rate transcoding, and deterministic multi-cast fanout to designated downstream destinations.
- Broadivo does not pre-screen, censor, curatorial-filter, or actively supervise the content of real-time audio/video payloads passing through memory buffers.
- Broadivo does not claim publisher liability for live feeds syndicated to consumer-facing destinations including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook Live, X, or proprietary CDN destinations.
- Stream buffers are held purely in transient volatile memory (RAM) for transcoding packet reordering, with duration never exceeding four (4) seconds unless Cloud DVR is explicitly provisioned by the Broadcaster.
03
Account Security, Access Control & Stream Keys
Stream keys and ingest passcodes provide unrestricted control over multi-destination broadcast routing. Broadcasters bear sole and absolute responsibility for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their ingest tokens.
MANDATORY PROTOCOLIn the event of an accidental broadcast key leak, unauthorized production trailer compromise, or compromised software encoder, the Broadcaster must immediately execute a “Kill Stream & Invalidate Key” command via the Broadivo Master Control console. Broadivo is not liable for downstream destination platform strikes, fines, or brand damage resulting from unauthorized third-party feeds injected via compromised user credentials.
04
Intellectual Property & Video Asset Ownership
Broadcasters retain complete, 100% intellectual property ownership of all broadcast content, raw camera assets, graphics overlays, and audio tracks transmitted into Broadivo. Broadivo claims zero proprietary right, title, or interest in your live broadcasts.
05
Bandwidth Ingest, Concurrent Destinations & Billing
Subscription tiers are measured across three computational dimensions: (a) Ingest Bitrate, (b) Concurrent Live Syndication Destinations, and (c) Cloud Transcode Core-Hours.
06
Service Availability & 99.999% High Availability SLA
For Enterprise Broadcast customers on Dedicated Relay pools, Broadivo commits to our industry-leading Five-Nines uptime standard (99.999% Service Level Availability). Our multi-region architecture automatically maintains warm standby transcode nodes across distinct AWS/GCP availability zones.
Hitless Failover Guarantee
In the event of an edge node hardware failure, Broadivo SRT listeners transition to the secondary ingestion IP within 150 milliseconds without dropping the active RTMP egress socket connected to YouTube or Twitch, preventing stream disconnection notices on consumer channels.
